Optical adjusting frame is a kind of optical fixture equipment, which is mainly used in alignment of optical fiber devices, packaging and bonding fixtures. It can connect the optical fiber products well and ensure the curing effect of the optical fiber products.

 

When choosing the optical adjusting frame, the following points should be noted:

 

1. Look at the spring tension and elasticity of the adjusting frame first.

 

2. The threads of the adjusting frame must be fine and not scratched.

 

3. The parallelism must be maintained when adjusting the mounting, otherwise the light path debugged will be oblique, which will affect the intensity of light, thereby affecting the lifetime of the laser.

 

4. When choosing adjusting frame, adjusting screw with self-locking should be selected.

 

5. After adjusting the light path, the adjusting frame must be locked and the fixed screw must be tightened.

 

 

 

According to the different habits of customers, we now make the following adjustments to the adjusting rack series: on the basis of the original adjusting screw pair (0.35 mm pitch), we add two additional specifications, namely, adjusting screw pair pitch of 0.25 mm and 0.5 mm. Its model is: add'-25'to the back of the model to represent the adjusting frame with the thread pair pitch of 0.25mm; add'-50' to the back of the model to represent the adjusting frame with the thread pair pitch of 0.5mm, for example: OM-TZ-1-50.
