Multidimensional displacement table is a positioning instrument in optical platform, which is mainly used in the positioning and packaging coupling system of optical devices. It can move in different directions to realize the movement of different guideways and achieve the final positioning and displacement. It has good accuracy in the process and accuracy. It can be divided into rough tuning and fine tuning.
