The manual precise adjusting frame is a mobile adjusting frame composed of different multi-dimensional adjusting frames. Their adjusting and moving distance are determined by the differential head. The finer the differential head moves, the smaller the distance, the higher the accuracy of processing. The bigger the spacing of adjustment, the rougher the precision of machining. Manual precision adjusting frame can be used on different equipment and instruments, and adjusting frame for different equipment is also different. Commonly used are five-dimensional adjusting frame, six-dimensional adjusting frame, one-dimensional adjusting frame, two-dimensional adjusting frame and so on. The guide rail adopts steel ball guide and cross slide, which well combines different types of modern equipment.

2. Accuracy: Accuracy of customer requirements is achieved at a reasonable price. Accuracy is generally between 5um and 0.5um. Customers can choose products according to different needs. Accuracy of electric products can reach 0.05um pulse (MS1/20*), which can fully meet the needs of industrial students in automatic fine-tuning.
 
3. Diversification: In order to meet the different needs of different customers, we adjust the platform's journey and the size of the mesa. The mesa size has a series of larger products, such as 25*25, 40*40, 60*60, 80*80, 120*120. The journey is 6.4mm-350mm for different products, and the platform of single axis (linear platform, rotary platform, arc mobile platform of X Y Z axis) can be grouped. The synthesis of two-dimensional, three-dimensional, four-dimensional, five-dimensional, six-dimensional multi-dimensional platform, to meet the adjustment of different directions and angles;
 
High rigidity of material. The material of low seat and table is made of hard aluminium alloy No. 6061, which is difficult to machine but has high hardness and ensures the requirement of accuracy in use.
 
Excellent stability. By means of product structure and surface pressing method, which clamps the fastener inward and outward, the 24-hour attenuation range in standard clean space can be controlled from 0.01 DPM to 0.02 DPM by optical fiber experiment detection.
